You Are Amazing ~ SCLBH 2017 ~ project #4

Good Morning Dreamerz..

I am back today with my fourth project for the

This was such an easy card to create.  The colors I chose just came so easily to me, it was if the copics just jumped out of their lil slots right into my hands. I hope you enjoy it.

Card Recipe:
Digital Stamp (freebie) from Jessica Lynn grab it now while it is still free! Also you might want to peek around her store as she has some super cute Digi stamps along with Clear Cling mount Stamps. Colored with various Copic's.
I stamped the leaves and flowers from MFT Build-Able Bouquet on Strathmore Bristol Velum Smooth Surface. I used this paper because I was not sure if I was going to spritz/sprinkle with water to give more dimension and I knew this paper could take it and not warp/pill up. I then used versamark and heat set with white embossing powder on the bottom layer, then I used Distress Inks to blend out the colors you see.  Once I was happy with the colors I used the Embossed Large Rope Die from Kat Scrappiness for the very bottom layer.
Stamped Sentiment Simon Says Stamps Inside & Out using Versamagic in Persimmon and then heat embossed with clear embossing powder.
I know it does not show well in the picture but I used Wink of Stella in clear on the flowers and leaves of the colored digital stamp
Nuvo Crystal drops added the final touches
Assembly was done using l plenty of foam from Scrapbook Adhesives 3L
Lastly I adhered the project to a piece of 80pd black cardstock.

I do hope you will join in on the blog hop by linking up your Spring Coffee, Tea, or Cocoa themed cards and projects.

Until next time, have a great day Dreamerz!!!

How does your Garden Grow? ~ SCLBH 2017 ~ project #3

Good Morning Dreamerz..

I am back today with my third project for the

This was such a hard card to create.  You ever have that vision in your head and you know you can make it because you have all the supplies needed but your thought process just takes a left turn and instead of working smarter you work hard? Well that was this card.  I love how it turned out and am glad I stuck thru with making it.  I hope you enjoy it

Card Recipe:
Paper DCWV Blossoms & Butterflies
die cut using MFT Blueprint 27 Scalloped edge die which I cut apart before die cutting to make sure I had enough of the top layer to cover all the elements when everything was laid down.
I stamped the leaves on the bottom layer using Simon Says Stamps More Spring Flowers
I then set about die cutting the following:
Stems using MFT Buildable Bouquet
Flower Pots using MFT Perfect Planters
Leaves using MFT Stitched Flower DieNamics
Coffee Cups (Flowers) Jaded Blossom Coffee Dies
Grass in pots Lawn Fawn Grassy Border
Stamped Sentiment Jaded Blossom Spring Signs 2
Assembly was done using lots of patience waiting for lots of elements to dry, I used Tombow Multi Mono and plenty of foam dots from Scrapbook Adhesives 3L
Lastly I adhered the project to a piece of 80pd white cardstock.

I do hope you will join in on the blog hop by linking up your Spring Coffee, Tea, or Cocoa themed cards and projects.

I love you more than Coffee and Unicorns?? ~ SCLBH 2017 ~ project #1

Good Morning Dreamerz!!

Today is super exciting as it is the start of the

I am starting off with a super cute card created using KaDoodle Bug Designs digital stamp "Magic In Every Cup" those that know me know I LOVE a few things Coffee, Unicorns, and the color Purple. I hope you enjoy this card as it combines all the things I love.

Now this card is also my KaDoodle Bug Design Team weekly project and with that being said I am happy to announce the KaDoodle Bug Designs is a Super Sponsor for the blog hop!! So I would love to see lots of KDB projects in the Hop

Card Recipe:
Magic in Every Cup digital stamp uploaded to Craft Artist and a background along with the cute sentiment were applied and then printed using a laser printer and Canson Bristol Velum paper.
Colored completely using Copic Markers. Once I was happy with how it looked I die cut it using a KatScrappiness Stitched Rectangle Die These dies are amazing and I use them on a daily basis, they cut thru the paper like butter each and every time. Glossy Accents were applied to the Coffee Beans for a lil dimension and shine, then I gave the Unicorn's horn, mane, and tail a light brush over using a Spectrum Sparkle pen.

I do hope you will join in on the blog hop by linking up your Spring Coffee, Tea, or Cocoa themed cards and projects.

Until next time, have a great day Dreamerz!!!

Cutting Cafe ~ Bunny Pillow Boxes

Good Morning Dreamerz!!!

Can you believe we are so close to Easter??!! Me either.. Easter is one of my favorite holidays to craft for.  All the colors, the candy, the cute images, and did I mention the candy?  I was super happy to be able to create these cute pillow boxes for my Design Team project for The Cutting Cafe.  Now I know most times you see these done in much larger sizes, but hey it's me and you all know I like to think outside the box.  I thought how fun would it be if instead of hiding Easter Eggs with the possibility of not finding one until uumm it gets rather fragrant around the house, but to instead create these pillow boxes on a much smaller scale and fill with candy, money, tiny toys, and yes CANDY!

I uploaded the SVG from the file Bunny Poop selecting the SVG with the cutout bunny head on it to my Design Space app. After a few test cuts on sizing with my Cricut Explore Air (to make sure the candy would fit) I found the perfect size of 4.26 wide and 3.99 height.  This size allowed me to cut 2 boxes from a 8.5x11 inch sheet of paper.  after assembly I filled the pillow boxes as you can see in the picture below with money, candy, and wrapped candy.  I then used some thin washi tape in silver to give each box a finished look while adding a tiny bit of sparkle

Did you guys notice that cute bunny head banner hanging in the picture? you did, GREAT!! well once I had all the pillow boxes cut I was left with all the cute lil bunny heads so I decided to stamp some simple faces on them, hole punch the ears and I used some Trendy Twine to create the banner.

Well Dreamerz I really hope you like my project today.
Until next time have a great day!

Birthday in a Jar ~ Cutting Cafe

Good Morning Dreamerz,
This morning I want to share with you my first project as a new Design Team Member for "The Cutting Cafe" When I was first approached about joining I was honored as I have long since admired these cutting files and the owner of the shop Regina is always so very nice on all the crafting pages I follow on social media.
Now onto my first project.  We were tasked with the theme Fun With Jars! How fun is that?? I know right.. So I took it to heart and created an adorable birthday card using the file Mason Shaped Jar .  I knew exactly who I was going to send this too as she is a country chic kind of gal plus she loves to bible journal and decorate her planner.  The flowers can be pulled out and used as bookmarks and that cute lil ladybug on the bottom of the card, yeah well I stuck her on a tiny magnet so that my friend can use it on her fridge or magnetic memo board.

Well there you have it my first and not last project for The Cutting Cafe
If you would like to see what the rest of my Design Team Sisters have created for this theme please click this link ---> THE CUTTING CAFE BLOG

Have a great day Dreamerz.

Pot O' Gold Wishes ~ KDB

Good Morning Dreamerz

Today I would like to share with you an interactive card using the cut file You're My Lucky Charm I used the "Bear Behind" part of the set for my card.  once I had everything cut I thought how fun would it be if that lil bears behind would wiggle like he was digging/jumping into the pot of gold. So I popped up just the behind on a wobble spring and added lots of extra coins around the base so it looked like they were spilling out.  The grass, rainbow and cloud are die cuts and not included as part of the set.

Have a Great day dreamerz
